Catherine Tetart

Catherine holds a Master 2 (DESS) in Political Science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She started her career in the public sector before joining an international humanitarian aid NGO.

She then decided to specialise in talent identification and management via a Master’s degree specialising in international HR, before joining the world leader in environmental services, where she spent 10 years, including 5 years as an expatriate.

With 20 years of experience in the HR function and driven by the desire to help employees give their best in complex and changing professional contexts, she then certified in coaching and then in mental preparation for sportsmen and women. In 2016, she chose to put the support of leaders and management teams at the heart of her practice.

As an Executive Coach and Senior Consultant, she joins Grant Alexander in 2022 in the Leadership Development practice.

Philippe Gauthier

Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris X Nanterre. He began his professional career as a trader for seven years for two banks. He then became Sales Director of an events company dedicated to the financial sector before creating in 2004 a similar structure focused on French and international hotel chains.

In 2011, he joined the world leader in business travel, responsible for responding to calls for tenders as well as consulting and managing implementation projects.

Wishing to work on consulting and human resources, he became an independent HR consultant before becoming Contract Director for one of the three leading French HR strategy and support firms.

He joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as Business Director for HR and Organisation Transformation.

Claire Le Lem

Claire has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and over 20 years experience in executive search for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotechnology industries.

After starting her career in the Research and Development Centre of a pharmaceutical company, she joined the world of headhunting and worked for several international executive search firms, before setting up her own consultancy firm.

In 2022, she joined the Grant Alexander Group as Director of the Biotechnology practice, strengthening the Life Sciences team.

Jean Meurice

Jean holds a degree in Executive Coaching from the University of Cergy Pontoise and spent the first part of his career in the retail and luxury goods industries, where he held positions such as Financial Controller.

In 2003, he joined an international interim management firm as a Consultant and then, in 2006, he became Managing Director and Partner of an Executive Interim firm where his main mission was to develop the structure in France for executive committee functions.

In 2016, he founded his own executive recruitment company for companies in the industry sector. 

With more than 100 assignments completed, both in France and internationally, he joined Grant Alexander – Executive Interim in 2022 as Associate Director, to support the development of the group’s interim management business.

Nicole Gelée

With a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nancy 2, Nicole began her professional career as an HR and organization consultant for a leading training company. Then, she moved on to HRD positions in the context of transformation, within companies in the insurance and banking sectors.

In 2016, she joined Grant Alexander as an HR and Leadership Development consultant, and contributed to the creation of the Athlete Thinking® methodology. Certified as a coach and mediator, she decided to become a full-time consultant again and to accompany companies in transformation, and more specifically on psychosocial risks. In 2019, she created her own coaching, mediation, RPS prevention and HR consulting structure.

In 2022, she joins the Grant Alexander group again as a senior consultant in the Leadership Development activity and also works on HR & Organization Transformation issues.

Brice Malm

For the past 20 years, Brice Malm has dedicated himself to the development of purchasing performance. He began his career as a consultant and then joined companies in the automotive and electronics sectors, for which he managed programs to improve the maturity of indirect purchasing. Passionate about human relations, he focused his career on human capital development, recruitment and purchasing talent management.
At the same time, he is completing and defending a thesis on purchasing performance models in the public sector in November 2018. His current research focuses on the evolution of the purchasing profession.
Doctor in Management Sciences, he graduated from the Master of Research in Management and Strategy of the Ecole Centrale Paris, and from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Pau.

He joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as Director of the Purchasing and Supply Chain practice, where he will work transversally on headhunting and interim management and will also participate in the strengthening of the group’s other activities.

Gabriela Lesser-Verdoux

After training as a lawyer in Argentina and gaining initial experience in this field, Gabriela obtained a Master’s degree in Law and Corporate Social Management from the University of Social Sciences (Toulouse I) in 2009. She then held several positions as a Project Manager, including one with a European aircraft manufacturer, and then followed a training course at the University of Toulouse before creating her own consultancy and training structure on CSR and QWL issues…

In 2018, she moved to Lyon and joined a human resources services group as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the industrial sector. She joined Grant Alexander and more precisely Alexis Pariset’s team as a Consultant.

Laurent Carcassonne

Graduated from a master’s degree in Business and Employment Law, a Master in HR from Paris II Assas (CIFFOP) and certified Coach at HEC, Laurent began his career in human resources within an insurance leader , then as a consultant within a direct approach recruitment firm. He then worked for twenty years in various HR functions within world leading groups in the pharmaceutical, medical and diagnostic equipment industry, with responsibilities in particular as Director of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources in France, in the United States and at European level.

In 2009, he joined a leading group in defense and security, ground transportation, identity and digital security. He progressed there successively as Director of Professional Development and HR, then as VP of Group Training and Corporate University, and finally as VPRH for a business of 16,000 employees worldwide.

He joined the Grant Alexander group in 2021 as Associate Director and took over the management of the Life Sciences sector practice which is part of Grant Alexander’s global offer and will operate in its various businesses: Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development and HR and Organization Transformation.

Sacha Tchakarian

Sacha Tchakarian holds a degree in European Law and has been working as a business developer for high value-added service companies since the early 2000s.

For more than ten years, he has actively developed the interim management activities of an audit and accounting firm for 4 years before attempting an entrepreneurial adventure in the same sector. He then moved to an international human resources consulting group to develop the creation of the subsidiary dedicated to interim management.

He joins the group in 2021 to develop the Interim Management activity through the Grant Alexander -Executive Interim brand.

Françoise Derolez

Françoise Derolez has been involved in change management and innovation for the past 25 years in a variety of missions for high-tech companies and market-leading organisations with a focus on value creation. Her expertise with organisations, from start-ups to large companies, is appreciated and recognised in the support of new transformational projects. Her personal commitment to associations such as PWN Paris – Profesional Women’s Network Paris -, of which she is co-president, or 2GAP – Gender and Governance Action Platform – demonstrates her CSR involvement in helping companies and society move towards parity, a source of performance and societal balance. 

Françoise Derolez is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a “Women Board Ready” certification from ESSEC. She is also co-author of “Shaping tomorrow’s workplace: circular economy applied to human resources management” published in 2015 in “Tendances Sociales et Culturelles de la Valeur” by L’Harmattan.

She now joins the Grant Alexander Group to contribute to the development of the Interim Management activity. Her career path naturally leads her to work with executive committees and manager
