Alain Villenave
Graduated of CPE Lyon in mathematics and physics, Alain Villenave began his career by embracing the entrepreneurial world, founding his own computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) systems company at the age of 22.
Over the next 30 years, he co-founded and managed startups in various sectors such as technology, SaaS, blockchain, AI and neuroscience.
On the strength of this varied background, he is now moving into interim management to support companies and their executives in their digital transformation, AI integration, ecological transition…
He joins Grant Alexander – Executive Interim in 2023 as Associate Director.
Laurent Masson
A CentraleSupélec graduate and RNCP-certified professional coach, Laurent Masson began his career in production, then as an internal auditor with a French car manufacturer, before joining a French automotive supplier to set up the South American subsidiary.
He then became General Manager in several industrial and technology companies before turning to interim management in 2017.
Since then, he has continued to act as Chairman and CEO, assisting private equity clients (LBO funds, small and mid caps) and shareholders in the industrial and technology sectors with transformation projects for groups such as Europe’s leading pool enclosure manufacturer.
He joins Grant Alexander’s Executive Interim practice in 2023 as Associate Director, to pass on his operational experience in supporting clients and managers in the success of their transformation projects.
Adélaïde Panhard
A graduate of the European Business School Paris and of the ESCP Executive Specialized Master in International Marketing and Communication, Adélaïde Panhard has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing in the world of luxury within international groups.
She started her professional career as a Junior Product Manager in a French cosmetics group before joining an American cosmetics group in 2010 as International Merchandising and Trade Marketing Manager. In 2018, she developed the Digital Marketing department of a perfume company.
In 2019, she accompanies the Customer Experience and International Training department for a Spanish cosmetics, perfumes and fashion group.
She joined us in 2023 to contribute to the development of the Transition Management activity of the group as Associate Director.
Lilia Le Mao
After a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (HR option) from the University of Versailles – St-Quentin obtained in 2006, Lilia started her career as a Research Officer. In 2010, she moved to the position of Consultant with a specialization in Life Science, within two recruitment firms, first in the Paris region and then in Nantes from 2017.
In 2021, she joined a recruitment agency for the industry as part of a new position to build and develop the “pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industry” Business Unit.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2023 as a Consultant in the Executive Search activity.

Véronique Noyau
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, Véronique has worked for 25 years in companies of all sizes, in a variety of sectors: food industry, communication agency, mobile telephony, publishing. She has mainly held marketing management positions, which allows her to intervene at all levels of the value creation chain and to have a panoramic view of the issues.
Convinced that women and men are the primary asset of an organization, she decided 7 years ago to “change sides”. Today, she accompanies company managers and their teams in revealing and sublimating their individual and collective human potential (better being to do better).
What drives her: (re)energizing complex systems, making relationships more fluid. To be committed to her clients. Her approach is personalized, optimistic, both structured and creative, intuitive and pragmatic, result-oriented.
In February 2023, Véronique will join the Leadership Development team at Grant Alexander.

Anne-Claire Hedde
Anne-Claire graduated from CELSA in HR Management and Social Diagnosis of Organizations. For more than 20 years, she has been supporting talent development, career evolution and change dynamics for individuals and companies.
She joined a Parisian firm as a consultant in evaluation and recruitment of executives and managers, supporting internal mobility processes and managing talent skills in the financial, industrial and service sectors. She then joined a French multinational food company in charge of the HR development of support functions for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Her HR consulting practice and her operational experience in HR development in high-stakes corporate and business environments give her a strong expertise in coaching executives and managers and a thorough understanding of her clients’ issues in complex and changing contexts.
Anne-Claire is certified in systemic coaching at Mediat-Coaching and in relational psychotherapy in Transactional Analysis,
In 2023, she joined Grant Alexander’s Leadership Development practice as a Senior Consultant and works on coaching, mobilizing collective intelligence and leadership development.

Bruno Fadda
Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from Dauphine University and a post-graduate degree in Finance from CETFI (University of Aix-Marseille). He began his career as a Management Controller and Financial Manager in a large construction group and then in the telecom industry. In 1999, he joined the finance division of a large American firm, world leader in specialized recruitment, as a consultant.
He worked there for more than 20 years, notably managing all permanent recruitment activities in France. In 2018, he was appointed Director of the Executive Search activity of the firm to lead numerous executive search missions for all types of functions and sectors.
He joins Grant Alexander in 2023 within the Executive Search practice as Director of Operations.

Astrid Andreini
After a DEA in Physical Geography and Geomorphology from the University of Paris Nanterre and a diploma from the I.C.H. in Real Estate Law, Astrid started her career as a Real Estate Project Manager for a cement manufacturer before joining, in 2005, an executive recruitment consultancy as a Consultant in the Real Estate and Construction sector.
She then took on the role of Executive Manager within the Real Estate and Construction division, developing the engineering and environment sector. In 2009, she joined the South-East Regional Division in Marseille. In 2013, she joined a firm specialising in direct approach as an Associate.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as Recruitment Manager for the Executive Search activity and became Consultant in 2023.
Patrycja Mothon
Patrycja holds a Master’s degree in corporate communication from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University and a Master’s degree in corporate management and strategy from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce Européen. She has 12 years of experience in the digital and e-commerce sectors at the international level, notably with a global energy production and supply group, a leading cosmetics company in France and an international jewellery manufacturer.
She then decided to become a headhunter for middle and top management positions in digital, marketing and IT for a recruitment and digital strategy consulting firm.
In 2019, she embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure with the creation of her own structure to recruit middle and top management profiles in the digital, marketing, data and IT sectors on a permanent or interim basis.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as Associate Director of the Grant Alexander Digital and Technology subsidiary.

Emmanuelle Bahuaud
A graduate of the L.I.B.S. business school, Emmanuelle began her career by holding management positions in large groups covering the sales, marketing and purchasing chain, where she was confronted with the challenges of digital transformation and change management.
After initial experiences in the food and retail industries, she joined a French retailer cooperative to manage the customer channel as Customer Marketing and Commercial Communication Director.
She then became Sales and Marketing Director of a sporting goods distribution group and General Manager of two flower distribution groups before being appointed General Manager of wholesale and retail in 2020 for Fashion brands while supporting start-ups in the field of sports.
She will join Grant Alexander in 2022 as Deputy Director of the Distribution & Media Practice for Consumer Goods & Retail.
