Lucile Dupin

After a master’s degree in marketing and human resources (Kedge 2011), Lucile joined France’s second-largest operator as an HR development officer before becoming a communications officer for a company specialising in industrial packaging.

Since 2015, she has been working in the world of higher education and careers guidance. Firstly for the French leader in home tutoring, as a pedagogical advisor and then as an advisor specialising in student career paths, then for an engineering school as a candidate-school relations officer. In 2022, she set up her own business as a guidance consultant for high school and university students.



Maëliss Charras

Maëliss has a Master’s degree in Social Relations and HR Strategy (MBway 2021).

She began her career as a Recruitment Officer, firstly on a sandwich course with a major player in the French employment market, then with a Lyon-based recruitment agency, before being recruited by an ESN specialising in the creation of digital solutions and IT training – in September 2021.



Gaëlle Poirier

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale de Procédures Civiles d’Exécution de Lyon (ENP) in 2018, Gaëlle has worked as a law clerk and then as head of the legal department for various bailiffs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Before joining us, she was Regional Manager at a major player in probate genealogy.

She joins Grant Alexander in 2023 as Head of Executive Search and is based in Lyon.



Anna Moleda

After a Master’s degree in Modern Literature (University of Wroclaw – Poland – 2006), Anna started her career in 2007 as a retail sales manager in a French cosmetics company and moved to the position of e-store manager in 2010. In 2017, she joined a French ready-to-wear brand as an e-commerce manager. After 10 years which allowed her to discover all the digital professions and a training in Traffic Management (Marcorel), she turns in 2020 to the world of recruitment and joins Patrycja Mothon’s firm, as a Digital, Marketing and IT Recruitment Consultant.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2023 as a Search Manager within the Grant Alexander Digital and Technology subsidiary.



Arthur Arutene

After a Master’s degree in History, specialising in “Wars, Armies and Security” obtained in 2014 and a period at the Army Officer School of Saint-Cyr-Coëtquidan as a Cadet under contract from 2016 to 2017, Arthur started his professional career in the office of a Judicial Representative. In 2018, he chose to become a private investigation agent, by following the ESARP training course (class of 2019), and then created his own private investigation company in 2020. The fight against unfair competition, insurance fraud, personal searches and solvency investigations are among his areas of expertise.

He joined Grant Alexander in 2023 as a Research Manager for the Executive Search activity.



Julie Fradin

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication & Digital from MBway School in 2020, Julie began her career in the world of HR with a first experience as a Training and Sourcing Advisor. In 2021, she joined a temporary employment and human resources services group as an Onsite Account Manager before joining a recruitment and direct approach firm in February 2022 as a Recruitment Officer.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2023 as a Research Manager for the Executive Search business.



Claire Michot

Claire graduated from PSB (Paris School of Business) with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Transformation. She first worked in the luxury goods sector on talent acquisition and development assignments before joining the hotel and restaurant sector on recruitment and employer brand projects.

She joined Grant Alexander as a Research Associate in the Executive Search practice.

 



Audrey Serras

A graduate of the Toulouse School of Management, Audrey began her professional career as a department manager for a French sports and leisure retailer. 

As part of her responsibilities, she managed a team and carried out numerous recruitments. She discovered that she was more interested in HR than in sales and decided to reorient her career towards recruitment with the desire to discover a sector other than retail.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as a Research Manager in the Executive Search department.

 



Hélène Beylouni

Hélène holds a Master’s degree in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Paris Descartes. She began her professional life in the field of marketing before becoming passionate about human resources.

She became a Junior Search Consultant for a consulting firm in the luxury sector before becoming a Learning Consultant.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as a Research Manager for the Executive Search business.

 



Anaïs Caunes

Trained as a lawyer and holding a Master 2 in Business Law and Intellectual Property from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, Anaïs began her professional career in law firms specializing in business law and intellectual property as well as in labor law.

Wishing to reconvert to human resources and more particularly to recruitment, she joined Grant Alexander in 2022 (Toulouse office) as a sourcing manager for the Executive Search activity.
