After a DEA in Physical Geography and Geomorphology from the University of Paris Nanterre and a diploma from the I.C.H. in Real Estate Law, Astrid started her career as a Real Estate Project Manager for a cement manufacturer before joining, in 2005, an executive recruitment consultancy as a Consultant in the Real Estate and Construction sector.
She then took on the role of Executive Manager within the Real Estate and Construction division, developing the engineering and environment sector. In 2009, she joined the South-East Regional Division in Marseille. In 2013, she joined a firm specialising in direct approach as an Associate.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as Recruitment Manager for the Executive Search activity.
Claire graduated from PSB (Paris School of Business) with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Transformation. She first worked in the luxury goods sector on talent acquisition and development assignments before joining the hotel and restaurant sector on recruitment and employer brand projects.
She joined Grant Alexander as a Research Associate in the Executive Search practice.
A graduate of the Toulouse School of Management, Audrey began her professional career as a department manager for a French sports and leisure retailer.
As part of her responsibilities, she managed a team and carried out numerous recruitments. She discovered that she was more interested in HR than in sales and decided to reorient her career towards recruitment with the desire to discover a sector other than retail.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as a Research Manager in the Executive Search department.
Hélène holds a Master’s degree in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Paris Descartes. She began her professional life in the field of marketing before becoming passionate about human resources.
She became a Junior Search Consultant for a consulting firm in the luxury sector before becoming a Learning Consultant.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2022 as a Research Manager for the Executive Search business.
Trained as a lawyer and holding a Master 2 in Business Law and Intellectual Property from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, Anaïs began her professional career in law firms specializing in business law and intellectual property as well as in labor law.
Wishing to reconvert to human resources and more particularly to recruitment, she joined Grant Alexander in 2022 (Toulouse office) as a sourcing manager for the Executive Search activity.
Julie Barale graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence with a Master 1 in International Business, a Master 2 in Environment and a last Master in Human Resources Management. She started her career at Grupo Planeta, a large Spanish communication group, and worked on recruitment for the head office in Barcelona and Madrid, particularly in the publishing world. She then became a recruiter for the NGO Action contre la Faim in Spain where she carried out recruitment missions for the head office as well as for humanitarian missions. She joins Grant Alexander in 2019 as a research officer.
Sophie has a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the IAE in Lyon. She started her career in recruitment in Lyon, working for an international search firm, and then joined a consulting firm a few years later. Sophie has worked on the search for executive profiles, experts and managers for various organisations. She will join Grant Alexander in 2021..
Anne-Claire Ohara holds a Master 1 AES from the University Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Human Resources Development from the Institut Catholique de Paris. She joined an Executive Search firm as a research officer before joining a payroll management company where she assists entrepreneurial managers in their consulting activities. She then took charge of the recruitment and management of a network of consultants and interim managers working with SMEs on behalf of a public investment bank. Passionate about human resources, she chose to join Grant Alexander to bring her skills in sourcing and assessment.
Rose Sarr holds a Master’s in Management and Human Resources Management and completed her first internship as a Research Officer with a major recruitment consulting firm in Paris. She then worked in this profession for more than 13 years in three different headhunting firms, all major players in recruitment consulting, enriching her skills along the way. She joined Grant Alexander in 2019 to assist Consultants on headhunting and pre-selection missions for executives, senior managers, managers and experts in the industrial, consulting, distribution, logistics and services sectors, on behalf of major Groups and SMEs.

Aurélie Piquet holds a Master’s degree in Technology Transfer and European Project Financing from the ISTIA in Angers and began her professional activity as an HRIS project manager in Industry in Paris. She has worked in particular on the deployment of engineering projects on technical subjects internationally.
She then joined a recruitment firm specialising in optics and photonics related to the aerospace, aeronautics and defence sectors. In 2019, she joined Grant Alexander’s sourcing team in Nantes.
