With a Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources and Services from ESC Clermont-Ferrand, Léa Suarez Baylac started her recruitment career within an international firm before joining Grant Alexander in 2011 as sourcing manager for the Lyon office. In 2022, she became Quality and CSR Manager for the Grant Alexander Group.
