Adeel Rana

Graduated of EDHEC Business School with a BBA in Audit and Management Control, Adeel Rana began his career as a Sales and Accounts Manager in several SMEs in the pharmaceutical and construction sectors. In 2020, he joined Europe’s leading independent provider of multi-technical services in the energy and communications sectors as Credit Manager.

He joined Grant Alexander’s Finance team in 2023 as Invoicing Manager.

Jean-Romain Sintès

Jean-Romain Sintes holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EDHEC business school, and began his career as an auditor with one of France’s leading audit, consulting, legal, tax and accounting firms.

He went on to become Head of Management Control for the federation that organizes and develops rugby in France, then Administrative and Financial Director for the France Handball organizing committee and then for a professional XV rugby club, before founding his own company to revolutionize city sports. He then decided to accompany small business and start-up managers on transition and development assignments, and set up his own consultancy firm to make the most of his expertise in finance, management control, HR and legal affairs.

In 2021, thanks to his keen interest in sport, he became Administrative and Financial Director of Olympic Projects for a company that assists players in the world of sport in the organization of major events in France and abroad.

He joins Grant Alexander in 2023 as Group Corporate Secretary.

Georgio Ferzli

Georgio Ferzli is graduated from Saint Joseph University in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Management. He started his professional career as a Customer Relationship Manager in the banking sector. Before joining us, he was responsible for car collection for an insurer in Lebanon and then in charge of orders & transport logistics for a shipping company.

He joins Grant Alexander in 2023 as a Facility Manager.

Ophélie Grall

After a Master 1 “Management of commercial and marketing development” from a business school in Rennes and a Master 2 in Brand Communication & Corporate Strategy (specializing in new technologies) from SUP DE PUB Paris, she started her professional career in a consulting firm as an internal communication manager.

She then joined, as Communication and Marketing Manager, an ESN specializing in data, then a Japanese manufacturer of hardware and IT solutions, first in the Printing activity and then in the Retail division. 

In 2021, she joined the Marketing & Communication team of the Grant Alexander Group.

Léa Suarez Baylac

With a Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources and Services from ESC Clermont-Ferrand, Léa Suarez Baylac started her recruitment career within an international firm before joining Grant Alexander in 2011 as sourcing manager for the Lyon office. In 2022, she became Quality and CSR Manager for the Grant Alexander Group.

Emmanuelle Farand

Graduated from the Grande Ecole program at INSEEC Paris and holder of an MBA “Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management” from Sup de Luxe (EDC Paris) and a Master 1 LEA “International Affairs” from Aix-Marseille University, Emmanuelle Farand has more than 20 years of experience in the creation and development of brands in France and internationally, mainly acquired in the Banking-Finance and HR Consulting sectors.

She spent the first part of her career in asset management, notably with an American company, creating and setting up the brand in France before taking charge of marketing and communication for continental Europe. In 2012, she decided to focus on people business and joined a pure-player in interim management to develop the function, strengthen the company’s reputation and support its strong growth.  

She joined Grant Alexander in 2020 to consolidate the group’s premium brand image, enhance its global approach and support its development strategy in France and internationally.

Anne Jeannerod

Graduated with a Master’s degree in international commercial negotiation, Anne Jeannerod began her career in the publishing industry where she held various commercial positions before deciding to devote herself to her family of four children for a few years. In 2020, she decided to return to the corporate world and joined Grant Alexander to take good care of this “new large family” as HR Coordinator.

In 2023, she becomes HR Manager.
