Jean-Romain Sintes holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EDHEC business school, and began his career as an auditor with one of France’s leading audit, consulting, legal, tax and accounting firms.
He went on to become Head of Management Control for the federation that organizes and develops rugby in France, then Administrative and Financial Director for the France Handball organizing committee and then for a professional XV rugby club, before founding his own company to revolutionize city sports. He then decided to accompany small business and start-up managers on transition and development assignments, and set up his own consultancy firm to make the most of his expertise in finance, management control, HR and legal affairs.
In 2021, thanks to his keen interest in sport, he became Administrative and Financial Director of Olympic Projects for a company that assists players in the world of sport in the organization of major events in France and abroad.
He joins Grant Alexander in 2023 as Group Corporate Secretary.
