With more than 20 years of experience in business consulting, Florent Pennuen is an expert in implementing change strategies, executive coaching, organizational efficiency and human resources consulting, including recruitment.
Florent holds a Master’s in Advanced Study of Human Resources Management from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University, Paris. He began his professional career in a consulting firm, where for ten years he worked on transformational issues (mergers, site closures, complex project management, etc.), organizational efficiency and social dialogue (negotiation of sector and company agreements, crisis-situation intervention, etc.), primarily concentrating on the industrial sector and service companies. He then joined a large public sector group as HR Director, managing major reorganization efforts before becoming a consultant, first at Bernard Brunhes Consultant (BPI Group) and then, in 2016, at Grant Alexander. Florent continues his career at the service of transformation and in support of public organisation management teams, in particular through discovering key profiles looking to serve the ambitions and the future of this sector.
