With a Master’s degree in Human Sciences under her belt, Cécile Mély began her career in the recruitment field in 1999, working for a consulting firm in the Paris region. In 2003, she joined a major player in direct recruitment in the Lyon Region. In 2012, she entered the industrial world in Human Resources and Recruitment functions before moving to Grant Alexander in 2018 to lead recruitment and evaluation missions for managers and experts in the industrial and services sectors. She operates with a Europe-wide remit.
