Anne-Laure Pams joined Grant Alexander as Director of Leadership Development, Consultant & Coach.
Graduated from the University of Law of Montpellier, Anne –Laure also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESC Toulouse. Anne-Laure started her career in marketing within the luxury retail market and worked for international companies. During 12 years, she assisted luxury brands as well as creators in their development abroad.
In 2013, she decided to dedicate her career to talent & people development and joined an international leader. She guided senior executives and managers in key career transition periods, through the development of their leadership assets.
Committed in life, Anne-Laure became a career expert for the association of Alumni’s of the French business school ESCP Europe.
In 2022, Anne-Laure was appointed co-chair of the Syntec Conseil coaching commission with Valérie Rocoplan, CEO of Talentis.
