With a career of more than 20 years in recruitment and talent management, Philip began his career in 2002 in a consulting firm specialized in recruitment (IT, e-Marketing, Sales, Business Development…) as an associate consultant, before joining an international executive recruitment firm as a Partner in 2011. In 2019, he founded a firm specializing in the recruitment of management profiles and experts in the fields of digital transformation, data and innovation.
In 2024, he joined the Paris office of Grant Alexander as Associate Director – Practice Digital & Technology.
