Daniele Ferrara

Holder of a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Basel, Daniele began his career in 2004 within an international recruitment consulting firm in Zurich, where he actively participated in the creation and development of the Finance and Interim Management divisions.

In 2009, he founded a recruitment firm specialized in Corporate, Tech and Life Sciences functions, which he directed for nearly ten years, supporting its growth and positioning in the Swiss market.
He then joined another international recruitment consulting firm, where he led interim management activities for the Life Science, Engineering and Operations sectors.
In 2020, he took over the management of an HR services company dedicated to temporary staffing and payroll activities, before continuing his career within a supply chain consulting firm, where he supported companies in their recruitment strategies, HR compliance and workforce planning.

In 2025, Daniele joined a human resources consulting firm in Zurich as a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Advisor.

He joined Grant Alexander Switzerland in 2025 as an Executive Search Advisor.
