They aim to create communities of leaders in line with your organisation’s unique vision, culture, desired leadership skills and challenges.

To ensure our programmes are a success, we first ensure we are familiar with your business and cultural challenges and develop deep understanding of your leadership model and competency frameworks, or help you define them. This enables us to identify the target behaviours and competencies the programme should develop.

The instructional design process we then roll out combines creativity and agility. We create demanding, reassuring and challenging programmes by thinking outside the box and moving away from conventional approaches.

OUR TEAMS

Our senior consultants have held executive positions, often at international level and within multicultural environments, enabling them to address business and leadership challenges with real relevance. Certified and trained by leading institutions, they continuously enrich their practice. Each year, they deliver at least 100 hours of coaching and benefit from 8 to 10 hours of supervision. They adhere to the Syntec Conseil code of ethics and, for some, also to those of the ICF and EMCC.
