Grant Alexander Executive Interim expands its teams with two new skills to continue its development.
Since the creation of the Executive Interim division at Grant Alexander in 2016 by Alban Azzopardi, the figures for Interim Management have been strongly growing.
Committed to an agile and high-performing approach for its clients, GAEI experienced an 80% increase in activity for the 2017-2018 fiscal year.
Sophie Germain and Marie Paillard joined GAEI at the beginning of 2019.
After spending more than 20 years between Human Resources Departments and Executive Search, during which she honed her HR knowledge and acquired extensive mastery of Assessment tools, Sophie Germain now brings her plural vision of the profession to Interim Management. She holds the position of Head of Sourcing and Talent Evaluation.

Marie Paillard joins the team as Associate Director. Consultant in Interim Management for several years, she has successfully completed over 100 assignments for leading companies, with 18 years of experience in executive and managerial recruitment, as well as coaching expertise. She brings her enthusiasm to her clients and the interim managers she supports over time.

Based in Lyon, he provides Interim Management solutions in the South-East region and brings specific expertise in social and solidarity economy issues, acquired through his work in several national associations in the social sector.
