Their complementary expertise in general management, finance and operations will further strengthen the firm’s ability to support organizations facing growth, transformation, turnaround and succession challenges.
Sébastien Duval appointed partner at Grant Alexander Executive Interim
For more than ten years, Sébastien Duval has supported companies operating in transformation, restructuring and high-growth environments. Specializing in general management, finance and operations leadership roles, he advises organizations on performance improvement, organizational structuring and operational management challenges.
Holding a master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing from IAE Lille, as well as the French Chartered Accountant qualification (DEC), Sébastien began his career by acquiring the accounting and audit firm AEC. After successfully selling the business, he moved into interim management in 2017.
Since then, he has held interim executive assignments in general management and finance leadership roles, notably within the luxury real estate sector at John Taylor, an Artcurial subsidiary, as well as across construction, luxury goods, logistics and services industries. His expertise spans operational transformation, organizational restructuring, business succession and ownership transition projects. He has also developed strong expertise in business acquisitions and divestitures.
Julien Epin joins Grant Alexander Executive Interim as partner
Julien Epin brings more than fifteen years of experience in operations management, general management and business development across both domestic and international markets. Throughout his career, he has supported organizations navigating periods of growth, organizational development and transformation.
A graduate of ISG Business School, Julien also holds two international master’s degrees from Saint John’s University in New York and International Christian University in Tokyo. He began his career in recruitment consulting in Dublin before specializing in banking and financial services recruitment. In 2008, he founded his own recruitment firm.
He subsequently held COO and Head of Sales positions within several IT consulting and digital services companies, including Consort NT, SteepConsult and Infotel Business Consulting.
In 2021, he co-founded MesAcquisitions, a marketplace dedicated to business sales and acquisitions, where he led the company’s growth and organizational development. Since becoming an interim executive in 2023, he has supported startups, scale-ups and mid-sized companies on growth, organizational and operational transformation initiatives.
