With Master’s degrees in foreign applied linguistics and from the Institut de Commerce de Lyon, Sandie began her career directly in recruitment. After gaining initial experience as an industrial sector consultant, she first joined Grant Alexander as a research officer in 2003, before becoming a consultant in 2007.
