A graduate of ICN Business School, Dominique began his career in operational, functional and managerial roles, particularly in business development and network development, working in competitive environments including B2B distribution, trading, electrical solutions for the building sector and renewable energy.
In 2012, he moved into consulting and training, becoming a Consultant and Trainer, as well as the French representative and point of reference for the LMI® methodology, which focuses on leadership development and individual and collective performance. He supports managers, entrepreneurs and senior executives in developing their own potential and that of their teams, driving behavioural change and engagement, and translating strategy into tangible results.
In 2015, he further developed his expertise by qualifying as an RNCP-certified Professional Coach (EMCC), followed by certification as an Organisational Coach with the title of “Transformation Director” (EATO).
With more than 20 years’ experience supporting leadership development to enhance organisational performance, Dominique joined Grant Alexander in 2026 as a Senior Consultant / Executive Coach within the Leadership Advisory practice.
