David Guyot

A graduate of ISC Paris in 1996, David began his career as Managing Partner and Founder of Atlante SARL, a company specialising in the commercialisation of a patented swimming pool filtration system.

He subsequently joined Michael Page within its Sales & Marketing practice, where he spent five years before co-founding James Partner, a recruitment and temporary staffing firm employing 50 people. He sold the business to FED Group in 2012.

David then established FED Business, the FED Group division dedicated to sales and marketing recruitment, which he led until 2016. He subsequently joined the Adecco Group, initially as a Principal at Badenoch & Clark, where he specialised in executive search assignments for senior management and C-suite positions. He later became Regional Director for the Île-de-France region at Spring, a recruitment consultancy specialising in middle management, now part of LHH.

In 2022, he took responsibility for fixed-term and permanent recruitment activities across the Île-de-France region.

With more than 25 years’ experience in recruitment, P&L management, business unit leadership and team management, David joined Grant Alexander in 2026 as a Managing Partner within the Executive Interim practice.
