Grant Alexander achieves Qualiopi certification for its Leadership Development & Training Programmes

Paris, 3 September 2026 – Grant Alexander’s Leadership Advisory practice has achieved Qualiopi certification under the “training activities” category. Awarded by ICPF following an audit, this certification confirms that the processes implemented by the Group comply with the requirements of the French Référentiel National Qualité (RNQ), the National Quality Framework. It also supports the continued development of Grant Alexander’s Leadership & Talents programmes and its training offering.
Against a backdrop of growth in its talent and leadership development activities, this certification marks a further milestone for Grant Alexander.
The main criteria covered by the Qualiopi framework include:
• Clear and transparent information provided to beneficiaries;
• The definition and adaptation of programme objectives to beneficiaries’ needs;
• Appropriate arrangements for onboarding, support, monitoring and assessment;
• The qualifications and continued development of trainers’ and facilitators’ skills;
• The suitability of the educational, technical and supervisory resources provided;
• The collection and consideration of beneficiaries’ feedback;
• A continuous improvement approach to practices.
Valid for three years, until 19 July 2029, the certification also enables client companies, where the relevant eligibility criteria are met, to access public or pooled funding for the training activities concerned.
