Leadership and Talent programmes
At every company that aspires to grow and stand the test of time, employer branding is of critical importance. Because, unless you invest in your people, long-term business success will remain a dream. Leadership programmes are an important addition to any HR policy!
Whether they focus on young managers, high-potential employees or experienced executives at your company, these programmes aim to strengthen and further develop leadership at your organisation.
Our ambition: to become your long-term strategic and operational partner when designing and rolling out impactful, high value-added programmes.
Our goal: to make these programmes lasting investments with a rapidly apparent ROI.
A long timeline with milestone highlights.
Engagement from all stakeholders.
Enthusiasm, thanks to an attractive programme which creates a positive dynamic at the company.
The power of time and engagement
At Grant Alexander, we fully believe that leadership programmes must operate on two levels: individual and collective. To ensure optimal impact, three prerequisites must be met:
Innovative plans tailored to your goals
Our tailor-made Leadership and Talent programmes will set you on the road to optimising talent management. They aim to create communities of leaders in line with your organisation’s unique vision, culture, desired skills and challenges.
To ensure our programmes are a success, we first ensure we are familiar with your business and cultural challenges and develop deep understanding of your leadership model (or help you to shed light on the leadership skills to improve).
The instructional design process we then roll out combines creativity and agility. We create demanding, reassuring and challenging programmes by thinking outside the box.
OUR TEAMS
Our senior consultants have held executive positions, often at international level and within multicultural environments, enabling them to address business and leadership challenges with real relevance. Certified and trained by leading institutions, they continuously enrich their practice. Each year, they deliver at least 100 hours of coaching and benefit from 8 to 10 hours of supervision. They adhere to the Syntec Conseil code of ethics and, for some, also to those of the ICF and EMCC.
