Grant Alexander’s signature tool: Athlete Thinking®
With a focus on performance, our proprietary tool is an adaptation of a coaching method often employed with elite athletes. Athlete Thinking® transposes the mental aspects of athletic training to the professional world to help executives and talents reach their full potential. Athlete Thinking® helps participants to develop a better understanding of themselves, build confidence, and adopt a winning attitude so they can reach their optimal performance zone and achieve their goals.
Our Experts
Our senior consultants have held executive positions, often at international level and within multicultural environments, enabling them to address business and leadership challenges with real relevance. Certified and trained by leading institutions, they continuously enrich their practice. Each year, they deliver at least 100 hours of coaching and benefit from 8 to 10 hours of supervision. They adhere to the Syntec Conseil code of ethics and, for some, also to those of the ICF and EMCC.
