Paris, June 12, 2025 – Grant Alexander, a leading HR consulting and services group, is expanding its Transition Management activity with the appointment of Emmanuel Gatille as Associate Director. With over 30 years of experience in the industrial sector, Emmanuel will help consolidate the group’s leading position in this market.
Emmanuel Gatille began his career at Renault in 1992, holding key roles in engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing in France and internationally over 18 years, before joining the CEO Office to develop synergies with Nissan. In 2010, he joined Naval Group (formerly DCNS), Europe’s leading defense naval company, where he established the Operational Excellence Department and led the group’s transformation program. In 2017, he joined CMA CGM, a global leader in maritime transport, as Purchasing Director, and in 2024 was appointed Group Mediator as part of the achievement of the “Responsible Supplier & Purchasing Relations” label.
In 2025, Emmanuel embarked on an entrepreneurial venture by founding EffiGain, a company specializing in procurement performance improvement. He now joins Grant Alexander, working with Alban Azzopardi as Associate Director within the Transition Management activity, supporting the group’s growth strategy in the industrial sector, particularly in purchasing operations.
An engineer specializing in engines, Emmanuel graduated from IFP School (ENSPM) and holds a DEA in Combustion.
