Philippe Gauthier is appointed Associate Director within Grant Alexander – Executive Interim

Paris, March 30, 2023

After one year as Sales Director within the HR and Organisation Transformation activity of Grant Alexander, Philippe Gauthier today joins Grant Alexander – Executive Interim as Associate Director to support the strong development of the group’s interim management subsidiary.

Philippe began his professional career as a derivatives trader for 7 years. He then became Sales Director of an event company dedicated to the financial sector before creating, in 2004, a comparable structure focused on French and international hotel chains.

In 2011, Philippe joined the world leader in business travel, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, responsible both for responding to calls for tenders and for consulting and managing implementation projects. He then held positions as Consultant in business development, notably within the AEF group. Wishing to work in consulting and human resources, he joined Alixio Mobilité as Contract Director, before launching himself as an independent HR Consultant supporting the development of training organizations and HR start-ups.

Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Paris X Nanterre University.
