Grant Alexander strengthens its “Leadership Development” division

Paris, March 24, 2023 – In order to support the growth of its activity, Grant Alexander, multi-specialist group of HR consulting and services, welcomes two new Senior Consultants and Executive Coaches, Anne-Claire Hedde and Véronique Noyau, who join the “Leadership Development” team led by Anne-Laure Pams.

With an experience of more than 20 years, Anne-Claire Hedde began her career as a Consultant in assessment and recruitment of executives and managers and in supporting processes of internal mobility and skills management for the firm Bonnel Conseil Associés. There, she supported major players in the finance, industry, and services sectors, within the framework of the deployment of their HR strategy in contexts of merger, reorganization, and strong growth.

From 2005, she joined the HR Development division at Danone, within the group HRD, in charge of support functions where she had the responsibility of implementing the policy of internal mobility and recruitment.

In 2014, she launched into the entrepreneurial adventure and started her activity of professional coaching / HR consulting.

Anne-Claire is certified in Systemic Coaching and in Transactional Analysis. She also has a double education in History (Master 1 from Sorbonne Paris IV) and in Human Resources Management and social diagnosis (Master 2 from CELSA).

Véronique Noyau has more than 25 years of professional experience, mainly in marketing functions. She made her first steps in sales, first at Nestlé, as sector manager, then within the mobile telephony sector where she held operational marketing functions and taught at Debitel (today La Poste Mobile).

Between 2002 and 2016, she evolved in marketing management functions in the publishing world (for major houses such as HarperCollins, Univers Poche).

She founded in 2016 her own structure for supporting leaders, noyau&co, and obtained her certification as Professional Coach (ICF and RNCP).

Véronique is also certified as Supervisor of coaches and moreover graduated from ESG (specialization in International Trade).

With the arrival of these two expert profiles, the Leadership Development activity – which today counts six Senior Consultants / Executive Coaches – enriches the range of its skills. It thus strengthens the capacity of the Grant Alexander group to support companies in the development of their leaders and their talents thanks to personalized programs (coaching, assessment, career transition, etc.) both individually and collectively.
