Outplacement
The departure of an executive is always a critical juncture for a company – one which often features tension, concerns, and strong emotions on both sides.
For companies, the challenge is to provide high-quality offboarding services to play an active role in social dialogue, preserve its employer brand and reputation, and maintain a healthy relationship with the outgoing executive through a show of respect.
For executives, the challenge is to adopt a positive dynamic and find a new position in the best possible conditions. They’ll need to work on better understanding their unique qualities, leadership abilities, strengths, and expectations for the future.
Grant Alexander provides a structured, challenging and considerate framework that helps executives to confidently manage transitional periods in their careers.
What is outplacement ?
Outplacement is a benefit providing support for executives during their professional transition, i.e., when they leave a salaried position at a company following negotiations with their employer. The service aims to accelerate their return to work by helping them to find a new job as an employee, freelancer or business owner.
Beneficiaries who receive support from an outplacement consulting firm that belongs to Syntec Conseil return to work within eight months on average.

OUR TEAMS
Our senior consultants have held executive positions, often at international level and within multicultural environments, enabling them to address business and leadership challenges with real relevance. Certified and trained by leading institutions, they continuously enrich their practice. Each year, they deliver at least 100 hours of coaching and benefit from 8 to 10 hours of supervision. They adhere to the Syntec Conseil code of ethics and, for some, also to those of the ICF and EMCC.
