Our CSR Approach

We firmly believe our social and economic role is an important one. We strive every day to help companies and leaders build exciting futures. And an important part of that is working with them to shape a more responsible and sustainable society. 

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement and to further structure its CSR approach, Grant Alexander earned a top-tier general CSR label in the French market in 2021. In 2024, the group chose EcoVadis, the international leader in CSR performance evaluation, to support its ongoing improvement process and its desire for increased transparency with its stakeholders.

In 2024, the group was awarded the “Committed Company” badge by EcoVadis, recognising its tangible commitment to social, ethical, and environmental matters.

By continuing its CSR commitment with EcoVadis, Grant Alexander reaffirms:

  • its dedication to respecting all its stakeholders (clients, employees, suppliers, partners, etc.) in line with sustainable development principles;
  • its ambition to strengthen its positive impact through demanding policies and strong actions.

At the heart of our corporate project lies our strong commitment to CSR, driven by our entire team. To continuously improve our social, environmental, and ethical impact, we appointed Léa Suarez-Baylac as our CSR Manager in 2021. She defines, leads, and implements the group’s strategy in this area.
