Interpersonal relationships:
a key performance driver
As an active member of France Qualité, our group is committed to working with a wide range of public and private players to improve quality in all its forms, but especially the quality of interpersonal relationships. Though their importance is often underestimated, these relationships play a decisive role in company performance.
France Qualité is a national collective created from the merger of three separate entities with a clear mission: unite, lead, and coordinate networks committed to continuous progress, management systems, and operational excellence.
Its core missions include: encouraging professionals to share stories and practices, building shared positions, formulating useful recommendations, and helping public authorities to understand the stakes when it comes to quality. The association also plays an active role monitoring relevant information, alerting members to changes, and discussing issues with the authorities in the name of the collective.
As part of the collective, François Humblot, Partner and Founder of Grant Alexander, helped to create the 2020 “Quality White Paper” on interpersonal relationships by authoring a chapter dedicated to employee onboarding. In it he underscores the importance of welcoming new employees in a structured way, with a formal process that is true to the company’s culture and – most importantly – shared by all of the company’s stakeholders.

Qualiopi certification: a respected badge of quality
To round out its HR consulting services for companies and other organisations, Grant Alexander also provides trainings as part of its Transformation Advisory business (via its Role Crafting subsidiary). These courses aim to get teams more involved in transformation projects and to stimulate company performance.
As a training provider, we obtained Qualiopi certification by going through a demanding, months-long audit and assessment programme. The criteria evaluated included: our level of expertise, the adequation of our offer with our audience’s needs, and the competency of our trainers.
