Stéphanie Groll

With a Master’s in Organizational Management (University of Versailles) and training at Georgetown (MBA Program), Stéphanie started her career in engineering consulting, managing profit centers and leading HR transformation projects.
She went on to work in recruitment and HR consulting for large groups, building expertise in talent management, leadership development, and change management. She also worked in the sports sector, coordinating events and designing team-building initiatives.
She joined futura21 / Grant Alexander in 2024 as Consultant / Professional Coach ICF-certified to help grow Leadership Development in Switzerland.
A former international sports competitor, she draws on this background to enrich her leadership coaching and support transformations.
