Sarah Dionne

Graduated in Clinical Psychology from the University of Geneva, Sarah built much of her career in Human Resources Management in SMEs and multinational companies.
A certified coach in Geneva and Paris, she has supported numerous executives in career transitions. She also developed strong expertise in assessment and change support for various private and public organizations.
In 2025, she joined Futura21 and Grant Alexander as an HR consultant, professional coach, and trainer.
