With over 35 years of experience in general management, operations, finance and sales, Richard supports business transformation and growth in France and internationally. He began his career in 1987 in finance and management control, before moving into senior operational and marketing leadership roles.
He then worked in the sports and leisure sector, where he developed strong expertise in strategic negotiations and international licensing. In 2008, he founded his own company in the children’s bicycle sector, which he led for 14 years and grew into a European market leader, overseeing the entire value chain from P&L management to e-commerce development.
He later continued his career in specialised distribution as a Key Accounts Director for France and Europe.
In 2025, Richard joined Grant Alexander as an Associate Director within the Executive Interim practice.
