Marie Paillard

Marie has more than 18 years of experience in the recruitment of executives and managers and has supervised sizeable teams within renowned recruitment firms in Paris.  She created and developed the Transition Management brand of a major market player, supervising more than 100 assignments for first-class clients.
In 2018, she attended training at the CFNDI to develop her coaching skills. In 2019, Marie joined forces with the Grant Alexander group to step up the growth of the Transition Management activity and joins the management committee as a Partner.
