Ivan Reusse

With a Bachelor in Psycho-Sociology and a Master’s in Economics and Management from the University of Geneva (UNIGE), Ivan began his career in multinationals in the perfumery, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. For 18 years, he traveled, negotiated, and developed new markets across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. His roles as regional director and general manager gave him strategic responsibilities with influence at executive levels.
In 2014, he chose to shift to advisory roles and joined a strategic consulting firm in Geneva, where he supported companies and executives in strategy and leadership development. He also participated in several strategic negotiations among key players in the Lake Geneva region.
He joined futura21 in 2021 as Coach / Management and Career Transition Consultant. In 2025, he takes over the Leadership Development division for Grant Alexander Switzerland, aiming to consolidate and sustain the group’s activities.
