Isabelle Abbruzzese

With a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Geneva, Isabelle began her career organizing and promoting B2B events in the tech sector. She held several leadership roles and developed a strong client relations acumen.
Driven by a need for meaning and a desire to work more closely with people, she transitioned to professional support, becoming a certified coach (ICF) and Master Practitioner in NLP. Since 2019, she has been working as a professional coach at Futura21 and joined Grant Alexander in 2024.
Isabelle now supports executives in career transitions with a dynamic and compassionate approach. She helps them reconnect with their strengths, clarify goals, and build value-aligned professional projects.
