Grégory GARCIA-BRATTI

Having completed Master’s degrees in Virology and Immunology, in addition to a specialised Master’s in Management and Marketing (Toulouse Business School) in 2003, Grégory began his career in a major laboratory specialising in dermo-cosmetics before joining the consulting world.
For 4 years, he advised companies by supporting them in setting up physical offices in Paris, then decided to focus on recruitment consulting and specialised in the Greater Southwest region. He then spent 7 years working for a recruitment firm based in the English-speaking world, first as a consultant and then as a manager, specialising in the construction, finance and consulting sectors.
In 2015, he took over the Regional Management of 2 recruitment agencies (middle and top management) of a large temporary employment group in order to manage and develop teams in the Southwest of France. He worked there for 4 years before joining Grant Alexander, where he grew the Executive Search business in Southwestern France, bringing his sharp knowledge of the job market in this region as well as a broad understanding of its specificities for the search and selection of manager and expert profiles.
