Frédéric Ledien

After graduating in Business and Administration from Sorbonne University, complete with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from CELSA, Frederic Ledien started his HR career development within Plastics industry and the Automotive sectors. Further on, he consolidated his HR expertise within the health and medical devices sector both in France and at international level before joining a major player in Assessment Services. Leveraging his experience, he performed executive interim assignments for industry and services leaders before joining the Grant Alexander Executive Interim division.
Frederic Ledien is today providing his experience and services to companies willing to perform efficient transformation through Executive Interim.
In 2022, he joined the Grant Alexander – Executive Interim Management Committee as a Partner.
In 2025, he was appointed Global Head of the InterSearch Interim Practice Group, to develop the new interim management activity within the network.
