Florent Pennuen

With extensive experience in business consulting, Florent Pennuen is an expert in implementing change strategies, supporting executives, organizational efficiency, and human resources consulting, including recruitment.
With a postgraduate degree in Advanced Human Resources Management from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, he began his career at a consulting firm, where he spent ten years working on transformation projects (mergers, site closures, complex project management, etc.), organizational efficiency, and social dialogue (negotiating industry and company agreements, crisis intervention, etc.), mainly for the industrial sector and service companies. He then became HR Director for a large public sector group, where he led a major reorganization before joining the consulting firm Bernard Brunhes Consultant (BPI Group) and then Grant Alexander in 2016.
