Fabienne Perreux

Holder of an MBA in Marketing and Finance, and a Postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology, Fabienne began her career within industrial and consumer goods companies, where she held various sales and marketing positions in international environments.

After more than 20 years of corporate experience, she turned toward supporting executives and teams, first within training and consulting organizations, then as an independent executive coach.
For over ten years, she has been working with executives, leadership teams, and organizations of various sizes and sectors, as part of leadership development and managerial transformation programs.

Based between France, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, Fabienne now collaborates with various players in consulting and executive coaching at the international level.

In 2025, she joins the group as a Senior Consultant – Executive Coach within the Leadership Development practice.
