Caroline Pouzoulet

Caroline has nearly 20 years of experience in finance. After beginning her career in accounting, she joined a recruitment consulting firm in 2016, where she advanced from Administrative and Financial Manager for France to Global CFO. In this role, she led an international team and supported the group’s strong growth in Finance (acquisition integrations, fundraising, implementation of processes, etc.).
In 2024, she joined a national sports federation as Administrative Director, contributing to its financial, HR, and organizational structuring.
She also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (CCA) from IAE Gustave Eiffel, Paris 12 University.
In 2025, she joined the group as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer.
