Anne-Laure Pams

A graduate of Montpellier Law University and Toulouse Business School, Anne-Laure began her career in marketing strategy at luxury goods and designer companies. For ten years, she supported brands and designers in their international development.
In 2013, she decided to focus on talent development and joined an international HR consulting group in 2014. There, she supported senior executives and managers in developing their leadership skills and managing their career transitions.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2019 to take charge of the Leadership Development business, where she is now Managing Director.
