Paris, November 25, 2025 – Grant Alexander, a consulting and HR services group, announces the arrival of Fabienne Perreux as Senior Consultant and Executive Coach within its Leadership Advisory activity, as well as that of Sania Pouget, who joins the subsidiary Grant Alexander Next as Associate Director. Both bring their expertise in supporting leaders in their development and organizations in their transformation.

Fabienne Perreux is appointed Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

With more than 25 years of experience, Fabienne Perreux has held management and business development positions in France and internationally (United States, Europe, Asia and Africa), before devoting herself to supporting leaders and teams, first within training and consulting organizations, then as an independent.
She created TC Partners in 2017, a coaching firm operating in Africa and Europe, then co-founded Step Change in 2022, specialized in leadership development and collective dynamics.
She works in several languages with organizations of various sizes and sectors.
Fabienne also holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. She is also a graduate of the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and is PCC-certified by the ICF.

“We are pleased that Fabienne is joining the Leadership Advisory team. Her background in multicultural environments, her mastery of transformation challenges and her expertise in talent development will enable us to enrich our support for leaders and expand our actions internationally,” says Anne-Laure Pams, Managing Director of Grant Alexander’s Leadership Advisory activity.

Sania Pouget is appointed Associate Director of Grant Alexander Next

Sania Pouget has a career of more than 25 years in consulting. She began her career at Accenture, where she held management positions for 15 years within the financial services sector, leading international strategic transformation programs – reorganization, post-merger integration, cost reduction and outsourcing – in multicultural contexts. In 2016, she founded Humansense, a consulting firm specialized in headhunting, coaching and leadership training. There, she developed an approach focused on human potential and the quest for meaning, which she applies to clients in consulting, digital transformation and tech. Sania also holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Consulting from NEOMA Business School.

“We are delighted to welcome Sania to the team. Her experience, her vision – both strategic and operational – and her ability to deeply understand human challenges in demanding environments will strengthen the quality of our Executive Search support and increase our impact in terms of value creation for our clients,” emphasizes Christophe de Bueil, Managing Director of the Grant Alexander Next subsidiary.
