Sacha Tchakarian Joins Grant Alexander as Partner in the Executive Interim Division

Grant Alexander, the consulting and HR services group supporting corporate performance, continues its growth strategy by announcing the arrival of Sacha TCHAKARIAN, alongside Alban AZZOPARDI, to support the strong development of the Executive Interim activity.

A graduate of Paris XII Law School (Master 2 European Law, 1998), Sacha Tchakarian has been working since the early 2000s as a business development manager for high value-added service companies (Ubiqus Reporting France, 2004 ORT – Reuters, Vitae Conseil, Alma Consulting Group). From 2009, he specialized in executive interim and actively developed this activity for four years within an audit and accounting firm (GBA & Associés, later Deloitte) before pursuing an entrepreneurial venture in the same sector.

In 2015, he was co-opted to join the newly created executive interim subsidiary of the international HR consulting group Badenoch + Clark (Adecco Group). Over six years, he helped position it among the top 10 players in the sector.

He now joins Grant Alexander as Partner to contribute to the development of the Executive Interim activity within a team led by Alban AZZOPARDI. With over 12 years of expertise in executive interim and transformation, he brings the group his deep understanding of organizations operating under complex market conditions and his experience in urgent managerial situations.
