Christel Huillard, Philip Sonii, and Jean-François Pinson have joined Grant Alexander as Senior Consultant – Executive Search in Lyon, Associate Director – Digital & Tech Practice – Executive Search in Paris, and Associate Director – Executive Interim in Toulouse, respectively. They will bolster the group’s headhunting and interim management activities.
Christel Huillard – Senior Consultant – Executive Search, Lyon
Christel began her career over 25 years ago in recruitment at The Adecco Group in Lyon. She progressed within LHH, working in Strasbourg and Dijon, where she was tasked with developing the office as a Senior Consultant. She later returned to the Lyon area, joining specialised direct approach firms, first Urvika in 2019, then MacAnders in 2021 as Senior Partner. Christel now joins the Lyon office, led by Alexis Pariset, as Senior Consultant in Executive Search. She holds a degree in Business Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
Philip Sonii – Associate Director – Digital & Tech Practice – Executive Search, Paris
With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, Philip started his career in 2002 at Blue Search Conseil as an Associate Consultant (IT, e-Marketing, Sales, Business Development) before joining Maesina International Search as Partner in 2011. In 2019, he founded Elite Executive Search, a firm specialising in leadership and expert profiles in digital transformation, data, and innovation. Philip now joins the Paris-based Digital & Technology Executive Search practice, led by Christophe de Bueil. He graduated from Montpellier Business School.
Jean-François Pinson – Associate Director – Executive Interim, Toulouse
Jean-François has over 30 years’ experience in general management, finance, and business development in France and internationally. After founding and managing companies across diverse sectors—including agro-food, textiles, luxury, automotive, aerospace, software, and patents—he moved into interim management in 2014, completing over 20 general management and restructuring missions across France and Europe in industries ranging from energy renovation to outdoor hospitality, retail, and industrial carpentry. He now joins the Toulouse office, led by Alban Azzopardi. Jean-François holds a degree from Kedge Business School, a DSCG, a Master’s in Accounting, Control & Audit, and a DU in Corporate Law for Troubled Companies.
