New Professions and International Expansion for Grant Alexander in 2024
16.01.2025
Paris, January 16, 2025 – Grant Alexander, partner in organizational and leadership performance, reviews its 2024 activities. With the integration of two new entities, futura21, a leading HR consulting firm in Switzerland, and HEKZÉ, an operational consulting company in which the group has become the majority shareholder, Grant Alexander continues its growth and strengthens its position as a key player in HR consulting and services across the European market.
EXTERNAL GROWTH OPERATIONS AND NEW TERRITORIES IN 2024
While companies continue to face strong economic and social pressures, the HR consulting and services group has maintained its course and continues to stand out in the market. 2024 was marked by several highlights that illustrate Grant Alexander’s development strategy and represent important milestones in the group’s history.
Last spring, the group expanded internationally with its first presence in Switzerland. Through the acquisition of futura21, a leading player in the Swiss HR consulting market, Grant Alexander now operates in Geneva, Lausanne, and Fribourg, supporting Swiss companies and leaders in their development across its various areas of expertise.
In the fall, Grant Alexander added a new operational consulting service to its portfolio by becoming the majority shareholder of HEKZÉ. A preferred partner for investment funds and their portfolio companies, HEKZÉ supports them in creating sustainable value through the operational expertise of its experienced founding partners.
By broadening its scope and offering an increasingly diverse range of services, Grant Alexander continues its growth momentum.
A DIVERSIFICATION STRATEGY FOR COMPREHENSIVE AND TAILORED SUPPORT
With its current offering spanning five activities — Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development, Transformation Advisory, and Operating Leaders — the group is able to advise companies and provide support precisely suited to their specific challenges.
“Our services allow us to intervene with a keen awareness of the ‘seasonality’ of the issues organizations face. When recruitment plans are no longer the priority, it is natural for leaders and HR functions to focus on internal resources and invest in their development. It is precisely in these situations that coaching and advisory services become major tools for growth, and Grant Alexander, leveraging its multi-dimensional support and the agility of its consultants, can stand out in the market,” comments Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
2024 also saw the strengthening of central functions (finance, marketing, quality) to consolidate the group’s platform and support growth strategies across its various activities. The company, committed to a rigorous CSR approach for several years and first certified under ISO 26,000 in 2021, also received the “Committed Company” badge from EcoVadis this year, demonstrating its concrete commitment to responsible business practices.
CONTINUED TRANSFORMATION AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN 2025
For its 2025 roadmap, Grant Alexander plans to continue its digital transformation, particularly through AI, to optimize processes and tools, improve operational and commercial efficiency, and provide an even higher-quality client experience.
The group also aims to intensify its international presence, positioning itself as a driving force within InterSearch, a global HR consulting and services network present in over 50 countries, strengthening its role as a global partner for clients.
True to its “Athlete Minded” philosophy, which develops an athlete’s mindset in business as in sports, Grant Alexander will support this year, on upcoming expeditions, Sophie Lavaud, mountaineer and the first French woman (all genders included) to have climbed the 14 peaks over 8,000 meters worldwide.
