Kadia Sylla Moisson Unveils Grant Alexander’s African Strategy – Business Africa

As part of our internationalization strategy, our HR consulting and services group has committed to contributing to the development of the African continent by deploying its expertise locally and sustainably.

On the occasion of the opening of our representative office in Abidjan, Kadia Sylla Moisson, Africa Development Director, was interviewed by Business Africa, the magazine of the new African elite.

“Grant Alexander has been in existence for about thirty years and has the distinction of being a multi-specialist group, with senior consultants, most of whom are former executives, possessing deep industry and functional expertise. Today, the group operates across three main areas: Executive Search (headhunting or direct approach recruitment), Executive Interim (interim management), which involves placing a temporary executive in a company to help drive transformation urgently and for a fixed period, and finally, Leadership and Organizational Development. As part of its internationalization strategy, Grant Alexander has committed to contributing to the emergence of the African continent by deploying its expertise locally and sustainably. This mission has been entrusted to Kadia Sylla Moisson, Africa Development Director.”
With a multicultural background, Kadia Sylla Moisson holds a DEA in Law – International and European Trade Litigation from University Paris X. She spent much of her career in corporate HR, working on major cross-functional topics (competency and performance management, training, recruitment, disability policies, employee relations), giving her a deep understanding of the HR environment and challenges.

First Establishment in Ivory Coast
In 2015, she ventured into entrepreneurship, organizing events and promoting socio-economic partnerships between African and French companies. She joined Grant Alexander in January 2018 to support the group’s international development in Africa.
“Africa is a key development area for us. The Ivory Coast office, covering Francophone Africa, is the group’s first fully owned international office—a real milestone! Our President, Henri Vidalinc, aims to enter markets facing major recruitment and skills development challenges, doing so respectfully of local economic, social, and cultural specifics, relying, for example in Abidjan, on a local expert, with adaptation and proximity as guiding principles. This is especially important today, as Covid-19 has accelerated the autonomy of subsidiaries from their headquarters,” explains Kadia Sylla Moisson.
