Ivan Reusse nominated as Director of Leadership Development for Grant Alexander Switzerland

Geneva, May 22, 2025 – As part of its Swiss growth strategy, Grant Alexander strengthens its leadership team with the appointment of Ivan Reusse as Director of Leadership Development.

With over 15 years of international experience in general and commercial management and 10 years in strategic consulting for organizations, Ivan Reusse has a strong track record in business development, leadership support, and team consolidation. He notably spent four years at futura21, working on executive coaching, assessment, and outplacement projects.
In his new role, he will drive the growth of the Leadership Development business line, working closely with other divisions of Grant Alexander Switzerland. He will play a key role in enhancing this strategic offering to support the transformation of organizations and their leaders across both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.
Ivan Reusse holds a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, and Public & Private Policy Analysis from the University of Geneva, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psycho-Sociology.
