GRANT ALEXANDER WELCOMES EMMANUELLE FARAND AS MARKETING & COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR

A reference player for 30 years in the headhunting market through direct approach, Grant Alexander has since diversified and now supports its clients in organizational transformation, helping them on all aspects of mobilizing and developing individual and collective skills. To strengthen the group’s premium brand image, showcase its comprehensive approach, and support its growth strategy in France and internationally, Grant Alexander welcomes Emmanuelle Farand as Marketing & Communication Director.

Graduated from the Grande École program at INSEEC Paris and holding an MBA in Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management from Sup de Luxe (EDC Paris) and a Master 1 in LEA International Business from Aix-Marseille University, Emmanuelle Farand has over 20 years of experience in creating and developing brands in France and internationally, mainly in the Banking-Finance and HR Consulting sectors.

She began her career in asset management, notably within an American firm, establishing the brand in France before taking responsibility for marketing and communication for continental Europe. In 2012, she decided to move into the people business, joining a pure-player in executive interim management to develop the function and strengthen the company’s brand image, now the number one in Europe.

She now joins Grant Alexander, reporting to Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander, and is appointed to the executive committee.
