Grant Alexander strengthens its teams with the arrival of three Associate Directors

Paris, March 19, 2026 – Grant Alexander, a consulting and HR services group, announces the arrival of three new Associate Directors in order to support the development of its executive search and interim management activities. Hippolyte Bourlet joins the Executive Search activity, while Richard Gammino and Marc Conçu join the Executive Interim division. These recruitments strengthen the group’s ability to support, in close proximity, organizations facing transformation, leadership, and performance challenges.

Hippolyte Bourlet, Associate Director within the Executive Search activity

Hippolyte has more than twenty years of experience in human resources consulting and is an expert in the recruitment of COMEX and CODIR members.
An entrepreneur, after an initial experience in a generalist firm, he founds, structures, and develops the firm Mermoz, whose diversification and growth he supports.
There, he builds deep sector expertise — industry and energy, insurance, agrifood — and leads consulting missions in organization and alignment of governance and executive teams, in close connection with investment funds and in contexts of strategic transformation.
His cross-functional understanding of companies, both business and people, enables him to support leaders on their strategic, operational, and human challenges.
He is joining Grant Alexander today in Paris to place his entrepreneurial DNA at the service of the group and actively contribute to its development.

Richard Gammino and Marc Conçu, Associate Directors within Grant Alexander – Executive Interim

In order to remain as close as possible to companies and executives in the regions, Richard Gammino is based in Strasbourg and covers the Grand Est region, while Marc Conçu operates from Lyon in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Richard has more than thirty years of experience, acquired in general management, operational, financial, and commercial roles, in France and internationally.
He began his career in 1987 in management control and financial management roles, before moving into operations and marketing leadership positions in the sports and leisure sector. In 2008, Richard founded Pik and Roll, a company specializing in bicycles for children. At its head for fourteen years, he led the entire strategy and operations: international development, commercial negotiations, team management, and structuring of e-commerce. After this entrepreneurial experience, he joined the NOZ purchasing center in 2022 as a Key Accounts Buyer in the games and toys market.
His background gives him solid expertise in transformation situations, business development, strategic negotiation, as well as in international licensing management and corporate turnaround.

Marc has a professional background of more than thirty years in consulting and business development, serving organizational transformation.
He began his career as Sales Director in France and internationally, notably within SAGEM, Atos Consulting, and Sopra Steria. He then moved into transformation consulting and joined several international firms, including Hitachi Consulting, where he held the position of Vice President, then BearingPoint and Wipro Consulting Services. In 2020, he joined Procadres International as a Partner in charge of the Transformation & Digitalization practice. He contributed to the development of interim management activities, particularly on change management and operational performance issues.
Over the course of these experiences, Marc has developed long-term relationships with major international accounts, which he supports in their digital transformation, organizational evolution, and performance improvement projects. He is also a board member of ESC Clermont School of Business, from which he graduated, and a member of APIA.

“These arrivals are part of Grant Alexander’s development momentum and reflect our commitment to offering leaders ever more operational expertise tailored to their challenges. In a context where organizations must transform their models, secure their leadership teams, and sometimes act within very short timeframes, companies today expect partners capable of providing responses adapted to each situation: recruiting the best leaders as well as rapidly mobilizing expert executives. With Hippolyte, Richard, and Marc, these are three outstanding careers that strengthen our ability to support our clients at these key moments,” comments Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
