Grant Alexander ranked “Excellent” in the 2022 Les Echos ranking of top recruitment firms

For the 5th consecutive year,
Grant Alexander has been ranked “Excellent” with 5 stars
in the Les Echos ranking of top recruitment firms
in the categories “executive search” & “manager and specialist recruitment.”

It is in a particular context—emerging from the pandemic, with a recruitment landscape in full transformation and players needing to rethink and deeply adapt their practices—that Les Echos, in partnership with Statista, published the 2022 ranking of the 250 best recruitment firms.

For the fifth consecutive year, Grant Alexander has received 5 stars in the ranking, with an “excellent” score, well above the average in two categories: “executive search” & “manager and specialist recruitment.”

Methodology:

The Survey

The lists of top firms are based on an online survey conducted among clients, candidates (approached by firms), as well as consultants and employees of recruitment firms.

The survey was conducted between April 26 and June 4, 2021. In total, around 6,700 people participated. Participants were invited via the LesEchos.fr website. It was also possible to register for the survey via the Statista homepage (fr.statista.com/page/cabinets-recrutement). In addition, recruitment firm employees were invited by email. Finally, an online panel of all recruitment stakeholders was used to complement the survey. The sectors presented represent an editorial selection and do not claim to be exhaustive.

Top Recruitment Firms

Companies were rated by clients and candidates. Participants evaluated the quality of services, communication, value for money, speed of mission execution, as well as the quality and selection of candidates or jobs offered by the firms. The most recommended companies, which received scores above the average in the evaluations, qualified for the ranking.

In addition to client evaluations, the total score [1-100] includes the company’s brand awareness among existing and potential clients, clients’ personal experience, and recommendations from recruitment firms. Furthermore, evaluations from the previous year’s survey were included with a small weighting to reflect a company’s consistently high reputation.

Companies in the ranking are divided into two groups: firms with a very good score “★★★★,” meaning above average, and firms with an excellent score “★★★★★,” meaning well above average.

Within the categories, firms are listed in alphabetical order.
