Grant Alexander Group Announces the Arrival of Elsa Ravouna to the Leadership Development Division

Grant Alexander, the consulting and HR services group supporting corporate performance, continues its growth strategy by announcing the arrival of Elsa RAVOUNA, who joins Anne-Laure PAMS’ team to develop the Leadership Development activity.
Elsa RAVOUNA supports talent development within transforming organizations and leads projects related to skills assessment, leadership (Assessment, 360°, managerial and behavioral frameworks), and talent development (training programs, coaching for managers and executives).
Graduated from Audencia with a specialization in Human Resources, Elsa began her career in 1997 at C.E.D.H.O as a Key Account Manager in Professional Training, then joined CCIP – ADVANCIA in 2005, working as a Continuing Education Engineer for 2 years. After 10 years of experience, she earned a Master 2 in Clinical Sociology and Psychosociology. She subsequently joined LHH ALTEDIA in 2007 as a consultant in business creation, then in outplacement for managers and senior executives. In 2014, she became Head of the Individual Support BU, and two years later, Head of Entrepreneurship Services, before moving into the role of HR Project Manager. In 2019, she founded RVN CONSEIL and simultaneously obtained a DFSSU in Professionalization of Individual and Team Coaching from Paris VIII.
In addition to SOSIE, MBTI, Insights Discovery, and HOGAN certifications, Elsa also holds a DESIGN THINKING certification from the French Future Academy, obtained in 2019.
She now joins Grant Alexander to contribute to the development of the Leadership Development activity, within a team led by Anne-Laure PAMS, with responsibilities including:
Individual and group coaching,
Individual and group assessment,
Career management for senior executives: progression, promotion, mobility.
She will also play a key role in deploying the Athlete Thinking methodology across the group’s various business areas.
