Grant Alexander Group announces 19% revenue growth for 2021

Continued growth across all business lines

Paris, January 11, 2022 – A trusted partner in enhancing organizational and leadership performance, the independent French group Grant Alexander has been supporting companies for more than 30 years in all areas related to talent mobilization and skills development. Despite the current economic environment, this multi-specialist reference in HR consulting and services continued its growth trajectory, achieving €17.1 million in revenue for its 2021 fiscal year, representing a 19% increase compared to 2020.
“To continue earning the trust of our clients, candidates, and employees, we once again consolidated our premium positioning this year and pursued our development and diversification strategy through both organic and external growth, as well as by acquiring new capabilities to strengthen and broaden our overall offering,” says Henri Vidalinc, President of Grant Alexander.
Looking ahead to 2022, in a favorable market context, the group has set itself the target of achieving 20% revenue growth. To reach this goal, it will continue to diversify, strengthen its teams, and expand internationally.

4 COMPLEMENTARY BUSINESS LINES DRIVING THE GROUP’S MOMENTUM
Executive Search, the group’s historic business, grew by 22% during the fiscal year. In a highly competitive market, this activity continues to expand, consolidating its top executive positioning and enhancing its expertise, particularly in the Life Sciences sector, with the arrival of Laurent Carcassonne, who now leads this practice.
Executive Interim, which has experienced strong growth since its launch 5 years ago, confirmed its solid performance despite the health crisis and intense business transformation. The division ended the year with nearly 18% revenue growth, carrying out C-level missions for large corporations, as well as assignments for mid-sized companies, SMEs, start-ups, funds, and even non-profit organizations.
On the consulting side, Leadership Development, one of the group’s youngest activities, recorded 14% revenue growth. Its offering is becoming increasingly structured, helping leaders grow both individually and collectively through assessment and coaching. The division also reinforced its capabilities to support the roll-out of Athlete Thinking®, Grant Alexander’s proprietary methodology, which enables leaders to unlock their full potential by drawing on the mental components of elite athletes.
In 2021, the group expanded its consulting offering by creating a fourth division: HR and Organisation Transformation, following the acquisition of Role Crafting. By leveraging innovative digital tools and collaborative methods, this new business line supports organizations in accelerating transformation, fostering meaning, and strengthening engagement and action capacity within companies.

A STRONGER LOCAL PRESENCE FOR GREATER PROXIMITY
During the fiscal year, the group strengthened its teams. It now counts over 60 employees across 5 offices in France – Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, and Toulouse. In 2021, Grant Alexander also took its first international step, opening a representation office in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) to support companies across French-speaking Africa.

2022 PRIORITIES: DIVERSIFICATION AND INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
For 2022, the group aims for 20% revenue growth once again, fueled by the consolidation of its premium positioning, team reinforcement, international expansion, and external growth.
“In a challenging talent market, where new aspirations must be addressed, companies will face greater recruitment, engagement, and retention difficulties. At every key moment of a leader’s journey within a company, Grant Alexander is able, through its 4 activities, to provide tailored solutions – from recruitment to skills development and onboarding. These solutions are designed to create meaning, foster engagement, and help companies and their leaders enhance performance and reach their full potential,” explains Henri Vidalinc.
“The group’s strength lies in the complementarity of our activities and the transversal, sharing-oriented culture we nurture internally, which is a key growth driver. Thanks to this diversification strategy and our international development, our ambition is to become, within 5 years, the leading French HR consulting and services group recognized internationally,” he concludes.
