Grant Alexander Appoints Two Associate Directors to Strengthen Its Interim Management Practice

Paris, April 19, 2022 – As companies face urgent transformation challenges in the aftermath of the health crisis, Grant Alexander, a consulting and HR services group that has been supporting organizational and leadership performance for over 30 years, is strengthening its Executive Interim activity—growing more than 20% per year—with the appointment of two new Associate Directors.
Jean Meurice and Karine Chommeloux are joining the Grant Alexander – Executive Interim team, which now numbers 16 professionals operating across France from offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, and Marseille, as well as internationally, with a quarter of assignments conducted abroad through top-tier partner networks.
Jean Meurice
With a degree in Finance and Accounting, Jean Meurice began his career in retail, distribution, and luxury goods, where he held roles including Financial Controller.
He has in-depth expertise in interim management, a field in which he has been active for nearly 20 years. After starting out as a consultant with Robert Half and Robert Walters, he became Managing Director and Partner at MPI Executive, where he spearheaded the development of leadership assignments in France.
Following the creation of his own executive recruitment firm focused on industrial clients and several years living in Italy, he is now joining Grant Alexander in Paris to support the strong growth of the group’s Executive Interim practice.
Karine Chommeloux
Karine Chommeloux holds a Master’s degree in Labor Law and HR from Paris Nanterre University. She has served as an HR Business Partner in industry and services, notably with Steelcase, Axians, and Iron Mountain, and more recently in HR software with Talentia, where she worked as an Interim HR Director.
With extensive experience in international matrix organizations, she has proven expertise in managing complex organizational change. Strongly business-development oriented and committed to supporting managers, she joins the Business Development team within Grant Alexander’s Interim Management practice.
