Grant Alexander Appoints Elodie Lajouanie as Senior Consultant / Executive Coach within the Leadership Development Activity

Elodie Lajouanie joins the Grant Alexander group as Senior Consultant / Executive Coach within the Leadership Development activity led by Anne-Laure Pams.

Elodie Lajouanie has over 20 years of experience in HR consulting. She began her career in 1999 as a Research Officer for Managing International, a leading firm in Strasbourg, then spent 10 years in recruitment consulting roles, notably in the industrial sector, with firms such as Accès Cadres and Adéquation et Performance in Nantes.
Between 2012 and 2020, she worked as an HR consultant conducting assessment, outplacement, and coaching missions for multicultural profiles in international contexts for both a local firm (Galiléa in Angers) and a national firm (LHH Altédia). In 2020, Elodie embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and founded the agency Care RH, where she developed an innovative offer and a CSR QVCT solution on a subscription basis.
She joined Grant Alexander in early September 2024 as Senior Consultant and Executive Coach.

Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Private Law (Université Nanterre Paris X) and a postgraduate degree in Marketing (ESC Rouen).
